Reconstruction of the hospital center

Marc Jacquet à Melun and Clinique Saint-Jean l'Ermitage - Melun

This project was made for the reconstruction of the Marc Jacquet Hospital Center and the Saint-Jean and Ermitage Clinics in Beauregard. A land that the community acquired by decision of the Community Council in 2003, then was ceded to the hospital for the symbolic price of 1 euro.
Located 2 km from the center of the city of Melun, between the towns of Melun Val de Sena and Senart, this has 622 beds, specialties of surgery, obstetrics, orthopedics, psychiatry and continued care, a space for resuscitation, monitoring, a radiology servisse, etc.
It will strengthen a supply of care in the south of Seine-et-Marne, close to Melun Senart and strengthen one of the areas with the highest population growth in Ile-de-France. Consolidation of operations is also an attraction factor for a healthcare facility that benefits from access to advanced equipment.
This represents an investment of € 256 million (including equipment), as funding arrangements and state aid are under review.
